We are a group of individuals, each with our own expertise. We have come together to offer others the opportunity to explore the techniques of meditation, yoga and well being in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We value fun and relaxation and believe that this is a fundamental part of meditation. We have carefully chosen natural locations that are inspirational for the simplicity of life. We have designed a wide range of workshops that can bring the philosophies of meditation in to all aspects of life, focusing on the union of the spirit, mind and body.
Along with our education of the values of meditation, we are also currently organizing a charity called S.E.E.D. (Small Effort Encouraging Development) in the field of health and hygiene, education, irrigation and agriculture with a view to rejuvenating the village people in tribal areas of Udaipur (Sandeep's home city in India). We welcome anyone who would be interested in joining us. |
