Cielo English is a certified Hatha/ Prenatal Yoga teacher, and personal trainer. She has enjoyed teaching to a wide range of international students including her experiences while at her yoga studio in Thailand.
During the past years she has frequented India to study the Iyengar tradition and to deepen her knowledge of Ayurveda and meditation. Providing practical knowledge of human anatomy in combination with the healing arts adds a rich approach to her teaching. She tailors classes to meet your prevailing needs, encouraging deep focus through breath, inner awareness, and a calm awakening of spirit. |
