Christine is an Anusara-inspired™ yoga teacher who taught widely in Manhattan and Brooklyn before relocating to Vancouver in 2006. She has studied with senior teachers Desiree Rumbaugh, Ellen Saltonstall, and Christina Sell and continues to move toward certification in studies with Anusara founder, John Friend.
First certified in Vinyasa yoga, Christine’s introduction to Anusara was a reunion with a powerful and passionate friend. She holds a deep belief in the transformational nature of the practice and in her classes supports a celebration of life, in the form of intelligent movement and playful participation. Her teaching is informed as much by ancient teachings as it is by everyday living.
