A safe and nurturing class designed to help moms during pregnancy. In a safe environment, creative, opening and strengthening postures are taught, along with specific breathing exercises, to guide and facilitate labor and birth. Silent space and special time for relaxation are all part of this unique class. Classes will generally start with a few minutes of easy postures and breathing exercises that will prepare your body for deep relaxation, and then you will have the choice of laying on your back or sitting up for the guided meditation. Different meditation techniques will be used and taught that will prepare you for your own practice. This is perhaps the easiest way to take your serenity and self transformation to the next level, so don't miss it
