Iyengar Yoga is a method of teaching developed by living master BKS Iyengar who is nearly 90 years old (and still practicing). It is based on the ancient Indian discipline where awareness of the body, mind, and spirit are connected by the breath. Iyengar yoga teachers are highly trained over many years and study all aspects of yoga as well as human anatomy.
