Amba's yoga classes are limited to 12 people for maximum attention. All levels are welcome. Yoga Therapy is a one-on-one client centered form of bodywork based on assisted yoga postures, breathwork and body awareness techniques. Deeply relaxing, each session assists in releasing both physical and emotional tensions held in the body. |
