[Optional: Oatmeal Date Muffin]

Snack
Halvah Balls

Dinner
Coconut Cashew Satay with Rice or Rice Noodles
[Optional: Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf]

Breakfast

Spelt Pancakes with fresh fruit, nut butter, and/or natural, whole sugars
