Summer Salad

A nice, yummy salad you can make when you've got lots of fresh veggies in the fridge. Perfect for when you've just come home from the market and are not sure what to make. You can alternate veggies according to what's in season and what's in your fridge. Sunflower sprouts are a nice addition as they are full of nutrients, and they make an excellent garnish.
Summer Salad
- Tomato
- Cucumber (I used Lebanese)
- Sunflower sprouts
- Carrots - grated
- Cilantro
- Sesame seeds
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Dijon
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Chop, mix and season.
