Homemade Granola

This granola is crisp and satisfying. It is an excellent source of protein and fiber, and can be served well with rice, almond, soy, or regular milk. Try it with fresh berries or yogurt as well.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 cups organic oats
2/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans or almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Mix and spread onto a cookie sheet.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil:
5 tbsp honey
1 3/4 tsp vegetable oil
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Pour over oat mixture, stir to coat.
Bake stirring frequently 325 degrees for 22 - 25 minutes
Cool and store in an airtight container
