| Cardiac Plexus |

|

Wheel or Vortex of energy in the body. Major psychic center in the subtle body which is responsible for specific physiological and psychic functions. |

| Chi or Qi |
|
| |
The Chinese word for life force, also known as "Chi". Life energy that flows throughout the body through specific pathways, or "meridians". In yoga the equivalent of this life force is "prana" and the pathways are "nadis" (sanskrit). |
