I don't know how many might see this, but I thought I would post. Anyway my hubby and I are trying to have a baby and I was wondering if it is safe to continue a regular practice into the second trimester without much modifications. Clearly I won't being headstand or anything crazy but I wouldn't see the harm in continuing things as is if my body is already use to it. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you!
Today I was going to wake up early and do a nice long yoga practice...did not happen. Last night's thunderstorm kept my girl (a large dog who is afraid of storms) panting next to my head for 2.5 hours. So I did a short 20 minute practice around 10 a.m. when my son went down for a nap. Lesson learned stay flexible and don't feel bad about getting sleep. :)
