      Fall Yin Yoga practice was great! This practice really helps to calm vata.

        In regards to your question about feeling a lot of emotions with Yin Yoga...it's totally normal! Since these poses are more like a meditation, they allow us to see new shades of ourselves. Sitting still is not easy to do, so restlessness and anxiety are common travel companions in the beginning. With practice, you might start to see less of these...and eventually find yourself in the blissful state of meditation. Let the sensation/emotions be what they are....they will pass. I hope the Yin continues to compliment all your other practices.

      • I found exactly the same thing the first time I did this practise. I also find legs up the wall makes me feel real anxious but I figure any release of emotions as got to be a good thing. Enjoy
