      I found this particular section regarding Swapping really really useful! Because a lot of the time, I make a wrong choice becuase I simply am not very aware of what the alternative is. Its a bit of hard work finding the alternatives, but also a great way of find out what shops sell what products here in Barcelona, and also a great way of learning the Spanish/Catalan translations!

          Quick question. How do I finsih stage two? I have gone through all the materials, and when I go to step three it says that I have missed some of step 2!

            We did a quick test and all is well. Just keep moving forward with Stage 3!

            • hi isabelle, consider journal writing much like yoga: quality over quantity ... focus on those 'ah ha, moments' that sprout up, things that present creativity, self discovery, profound thoughts that definitely need remembering ... stick with the little tidbits that pack a whole lot of bang ... all the best

              I have just under 5 months to get into shape for my wedding day end September. Is that too long, or should I wait until closer to the time? Considering I will have to try on my dress a couple of times while it gets altered? Thanks for any help or advise available

              • Hi Isabelle, I saw this post that you haven't received feedback on yet. As for taking up yoga in light of your upcoming wedding (congrats!!!), it is definitely never too early to delve into yoga! (I find myself thinking "Why did it take me so long to dedicate myself to a regular practice). I think you'll see the biggest transformation mentally and in gaining confidence, which I imagine will be helpful to off-set the stress or time-crunch of lists that wedding planning involves. For me I noticed the biggest physical changes in the first few months of steady practice, that I could see and feel the smaller and more subtle muscles. In general, the energy and positivity you receive the longer you practice is the best reward of all... enjoy your journey and don't stop yoga after the wedding, it is great for relationships too!                   sirup detox time

                  Today I feel great. I am on the finla leg of the sirup detox diet, however I am not doing the extreme version and I am still eating fruits and salads. I have managed to lose 3kilos in the last 2 weeks. I have a wedding to go to so I am very proud.
                  I have been going to the gym most mornings before work, however this week I havenĀ“t gone yet due to various circumstances. I hope to go Friday morning.
                  I also wish to do pilates for my back but I am worried that being in a class with loads of other people might not be a great idea because I would prefer to have a one on one targeted practice.
