I tried to do the pilates booty workout this morning before I take my daughter (18 months old) to her gymnastics class. It's only 18 minutes but with her next to me the whole time, fighting for my attention it did not flow as I would have liked... and it certainly wasn't a stress reliever but that's ok. She tried to do some of the exercies with me so it was still a success. (18 minutes is better than 0 minutes) Later when she is napping I'll try for an hour yoga video. So far today I had two fried eggs with whole wheat bread and coffee. We'll see how the rest of the day goes...
