invites people to explore the inner aspects of the body-mind and cultivate more balanced lives. She began her journey into body-mind healing in 1991 and draws upon a range of studies (including physiological psychology, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Kripalu Yoga, Buddhism, Iyengar Yoga, subtle energy practices and meditation) to support her personal practice and teaching. Dina offers workshops and teacher trainings internationally and is based in San Francisco where she maintains a private InnerYoga therapy practice and is a core member of the Yoga Tree Teacher Training faculty.
