I'm participating in the Energy program. I really enjoyed the Sleep Well program and found it very helpful. I'm confident I'll enjoy this next program just as much if not more. I often get bogged down with the thought that I don't have enough time and energy to do the things that bring me so much satisfaction in my life. It's a downward spiral I want to get out of.
