As a physical therapist, yoga teacher, and certified ayurveda therapist, I find that the most profound healing lies in an integrative approach to health care. My studies and travels have taken me to India, Australia, and throughout Central and South America. I love to meet new and inspiring people and cultures that open up my mind and broaden my world view. I love to challenge my beliefs and take action to transform those that do not serve me. Yoga has played a major role in my life starting during my college years as a way to de-stress and get centered. Now, it has been folded into my life as an intimate part of my daily experience. Whether in asana practice or the way I express myself in a relationship, Yoga is always there. I am thankful for online yoga as it provides me greater access to community yoga while I travel and move quite often.

Get into nature daily or as often as possible. This helps to maintain health and balance and can be grounding if I'm out of balance.

I have been incredibly fortunate to have traveled for this last year with my partner. We will continue to travel and look forward to giving back through outreach projects for those in need.
