Reading, cooking, yoga, running, knitting, crocheting, entertaining close friends and family.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
For the most part I lead an all-natural/organic food lifestyle. I try not to eat anything that has additives, dyes, preservatives, HFCS, MSG, nitrates. I consume whole grains only, no white starches, rices, or flour. No juices, or soda. Just plain water. That's how I stay in shape.

My wellness goals are
My wellness goal is to be content with all the different facets of my life in fitness.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I see myself achieving my goals by following a healthy diet and working out every day with the help of yoga and jogging.

My inspirations are
I am my own inspiration.
