I stopped practicing after biceps tendon surgery and gained 15 pounds. More importantly I felt awful ! Now I have developed high blood pressure, and I believe it is a result of not practicing as often as I was. Do you have any advice to help me eat more conscientiously keeping in mind my current situation? I am on two medications, and I am determined to be taken off of them.
