Hi all,
Loving My Yoga Online - only been on for 4 days and I have noticed amazing changes, I am sleeping more for a start...... and it is awesome how great the workout the workouts are. Only problem is I have hurt my wrists from too much typing for Uni, and as most of the videos require them.... any suggestions would be wonderful......

Hi Jacque, Great to hear how you are enjoying the program and feeling the benefits. For your wrists, please consider as much as rest as possible until the symptoms dissipate. In the meantime, there are many flows that can be modified to reduce pressure on the wrists. I also have a wrist-free flow just for such occasions. Hi Kreg,
Thank you for your speedy response. I will certainly being trying that. Sadly rest is not an option - 69 days left of my course and loads still to do, rest will come soon!
