My hobbies/interests are
Boating, Camping, Hiking

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Be aware of everything I put in my mouth. Choose foods wisely and know it's ok to splurge once in a while.

My wellness goals are
To loose the last 5-10 lbs I need to loose. Practice Yoga at least 5 times a week.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I've already lost 38lbs. and started yoga a few months ago. I intend to make the changes I've made in my diet and exercise a life long change for the better!

My inspirations are
There are so many people I've discovered on line in the yoga world I couldn't name just one. I will say I do have some favorites :)

A little more about me
I just turned 50 last September and I am in better shape then I was in my 40's. the last 10 years were a waste of time I should have used to get healthy. I only wish I had discovered yoga years ago!

      Which challenge are you taking, and why?

      I have been practicing Yoga regularly for a little over a year now and have fallen in love with the practice. I feel I have a lot to learn so I am going to try and learn from them all. I am now on the detox challenge!
