I don't count calories. i just make sure to eat a lot of fruits and veggies so that when i want chocolate or french fries i can eat them guilt free.

to slow the aging process.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
eating well and practicing yoga 3-4-5 times a week.

various theatre teachers, my mother, nature itself specifically the redwoods
