One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I think about how I want to be limber and flexible when I'm much older -- I don't want to shuffle my feet when I walk.
My wellness goals are
To have a fit body and a healthy lifestyle. I'd also like to feel comfortable wearing a swimsuit without surfer shorts on top:)
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Eating right and working out about 5 times a week. The big one would be controlling my eating.
My inspirations are
Joey Atlas, my husband and my sister

I have been trying to get back into a regular workout routine for the last two months, since my second baby has become old enough to play on his own for awhile. I just discovered workout trackers on my smartphone, and have one that tracks my eating habits, workout habits and water drinking habits, and I think it's really going to help. Anyway, this week I have just begun working out regularly, and so far it's going well. Love the core fusion workouts on this site -- good lord they're hard, at least for me. I am looking forward to the day when I look in the mirror and see how much healthier my body has become -- for me the hardest part is controlling what I eat and how often. As Joey Atlas says, "be different. Be fit."
