        • Chlorella or Spirulina

          My body is more often cold, so baes on one of the tips on site should I use chlorella powder instead of spirulina to make green smoothie? Thanks!

          • @trangdong - chlorella is neutral in thermal nature so it would be the choice for you. Spriulina is cooling, so would make you colder.

          • Nutrition - Stomach acid

            I tend to have excess stomach acid. Today I had kitchari and orange, apple for dessert, then experienced a bit burning in my stomach. Any suggestion on which kind of food to have or to avoid in order to keep the acid in balance. Great thanks!

            • @trangdong - Following a meal with fruit is not ideal for digestion. Fruit mixed with other foods can cause fermentation and discomfort. Next time eat the fruit 20minutes before the kitchari.

              My second day SD, I experience pretty bad detox "symptoms", very bad headache and stomach burn. But the good thing is on day 3rd, which is today, I read the essentials, said "the toxic elements haven't removed efficiently". I think I should have be more gentle to my body, slow down my pace, and do meditation.

                  My first day Spring Detox, I have been enjoying it so far, just a bit of dizziness and headache in late afternoon, but after a short meditation, I feel so much better.
