My Occupation is
I work in a local university in the finance department, but it doesn't define me, so I won't waste time talking about it :)
My hobbies/interests are
Piano, guitar, reading ridiculous fantasy books, watching ridiculous fantasy TV and films (other genres are available), used to be crafty, but I lost the bug. I think I replaced it with a yoga one!
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I drink Twinings Rose Garden tea, as it makes me feel like I'm drinking a Fry's turkish delight. Hence I get the pleasure, with none of the increased hip size :) Ice-lollies made from fruit juices.
My wellness goals are
To become more flexible, fitter, and for my body to lose some of its excess pounds, without feeling like I'm starving myself or doing a fitness routine which makes me unhappy.

My inspirations are
Anyone in a yoga video who can support themselves with just their hands. I can't do that. Not sure I ever will, as I've always had weak wrists, but this can change I'm sure.
