Hello guys & girls! I like the nick Dr.T, so I'll use that.
I am a student of Medicine, currently on 5th grade, and that's the re-start of my Journey towards my Perfect Body.
Since now I was doing some Yoga 2-3 times per week, with 1-2 sessions being 1h long, last year I was doing 15' sessions every day.
Now I want to take it to the next level. After rereading and remembering this fine blogpost on waking up easy, http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2006/04/how-to-get-up-right-away-when-your-alarm-goes-off/ , I want to incorporate a 15-30' session of yoga in my morning ritual/
That is, as soon as I get up in the morning, after my morning fruit and walk of power (15' to fulfillment - see Tony Robbins Get the Edge program).
I want to measure my progress over time, so I am currently @
and the Ratio of them is @ 1.44.
My aim is @ 79waist, 127shoulders and 1.61ratio (the golden ratio)
I also can't do a handstand right and thats one of my goals :)
I will do some gym exercises too along the way, because I want some muscle power. Maybe later I will drop this, but for now, thats the way to go if I want the ratio I strive to acquire.
Spirulina and Chlorella (seaweeds) are the way to go on superfoods, with many many benefits as fat loss, muscle gain, cancer stop and reverse, memory and overall brain improvement (better than Omega-3 - fatty acid called GLA), neuron repairment and regrowth and many other miraculous benefits.
Spirulina is like the Primodial Fuel of human, its the food astronauts are feeded in the space, because it contains everything that's essential to sustain human's life and health. They say that it's one of the first organisms that lived on the planet. Some people support also that the "Manna" of the biblical stories, was actually Spirulina. (Ancient Aliens documentary series, very very interesting documentaries, backed up by Science and not bullshit & stuff ).
Anyway that's another story. For now lets begin our Yogic Journal to the depths of our souls :)
