Lower stress levels, maintain constant fitness goals, be kind to the person inside.

Run a marathon by the end of 2013 & keep yoga as daily practice.

I do something toward them daily, no matter how small or large.
My inspirations are
Volunteering at my yoga center keeps me coming back & I run to train for marathons every other day at least.

The other day I did a easy yoga class. It had two poses in it to help us to see the difference betelween easy and difficult on the body. Durring the difficult pose I tried to move my left leg , knee joint, the way they were., today It seem to hurt inside the knee. Any suggestions?

I have been doing yoga for about two months now. I have wondered, What gain will I feel, see, or understand? This is the first. I have seen my flexibility improve by 50%. Second, I began to have this glowing feeling about myself after a class. My attitude has improved and muscles, while they masy be sore, feel more like a part of me. That sounds strange. These are good things but the best one is that durring a class ,in a classroom, I always am smiling when I leave. I have been bouncing around this website, going from class to class, and noticed the same good feeling. Reason: During my life I have had many jobs, many ocupations, and they have all been chalanging. The people and the diciplines have all been hardcore. Yoga offers me a teacher , a gentle touch, tranquilty and peace of mind. WOW, I will be a lifelong student.
