      yoga jolt this am. tired and tight from riding yest. also did ball hams n groins while watching hawaii 50 last nt.

        did Kregs beginner ball series today, 40 minutes. was really tight and tired this morning. only residual now is left trap tighteness.

          Have you tried the adductor contraction exercises on the ball? I believe it is in this video - clasping ball with thighs and contracting inwards and then balancing free support with your adductors? [this may be in the longer version]. Really great adductor conditioning.
