This is the best thing ever, Im from mexico, from a city where there are no yoga casses, so this online clases are the best way fr me to practice yoga, so thank you very much for this.
I have found My Yoga Online to be excellent.
It is really nice to have the flexibility to do a class of pretty much any duration / difficulty at any time.
