      yippee, nice long session this morning and I feel awesome for it, especially after going formy first run in a while yesterday. Great :-)

          Have had kids' colds but starting to feel a little better. Nice practise this morning. Need to bring a little more balance into my life at present. Tomorrow I would like to just do yoga andthen head to the beach for the day!

              Another great morning done and dusted. Would have liked to have done 1hour, but I was too comfortable hugging my yummy scrummy little boy. Finally started half an hour later. There will be plenty of time to practise longer sessions later when he is bigger and listening to too loud music!

                          ym feeling very tied thesmorning and it's a school day so I did the kids yoga class for the first time... now i feel much better but still tired. (I am tara's daughter).

                                    I missed two days as I was flat out with work, but then did 2 days in a row, the first a very easy one to get back into the flow and the second today at a yoga studio :-)

                                        Did a short session yesterday and just had sweat dripping all over me! I Finished early and jumped in the pool. This morning I set myself up with a fan and despite my computer being strangely slow and not streaming properly, I did a beautiful long practise of my own. Loved it! Espescially variations of tree pose and concentrating on my breath.

                                            Many interruptions this morning and my neck is soooo tight, as a former massage therapist I am embarrassed to say, it is really not is a good state! But as it tightens so much so quickly with day to day stressors, I am hoping to learn to loosen it without treatments, but with daily practise etc...anyway, a few interruptions, but a nice practise thia morning.

                                                Yesterday I had a bit of a blowout day! Lots of hormonal stuff going on which I am so incredibly sick of complaining about and not seeming to be able to have an impact on. So I sat in the surf with fizzy ocean bubbles fizzing up my nose until I felt the urge to pull my socks up and keep on trying. I also started reading 'Light on Pranayama" which I have found very inspirational (ha). And I also like how they keep talking about seeing your family as not a hurdle but part of your practise. This is the biggest hurdle that I have and it is nice to view this from a different point of view. So I did Clara's new intermediate session today and I love love loved it! although I am not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow! Either way it is the hardest I have workied in a while and yet it was so much fun that I didn't want to stop.
