Steady practice rather then stop and go practice. Include practice in the daily "diet"

My inspirations are
People I have "met" recently, Pema Chödron, Thich Nhat Hanh, their work and teachings are continuous inspiration to me.

      Begginer Yoga. I want to get to have a regular yoga practice. In such a group challenge it works beautifully!
