FEELING:
Had a good day at work. Decent workout afterwards. Feeling frustrated with my inability to "get" simple moves through these videos. (I like to be a quick study.) Certainly didn't "need" the muffin, but felt I should eat it since husband saved me one at work. I REALLY didn't need the second cup of coffee. Especially with 2% milk. I have got to train my mind that I don't want the coffee at work. (It's not great stuff, trust me.) I am realizing I drink the coffee at work when I'm in during the day, and out of habit. It's a habit I NEED to cure... at the very least for my taste buds!
WORKOUT:
45 minutes at gym- 30 minutes cardio/15 minutes weight training
30 minutes belly dance video on MYO
THINGS TO WORK ON:
Clear off dining room table, and start eating there. I can still see the hockey game! :)

Brand new to this website, and to yoga. No, I have never ever done one yoga pose in my life- at least not that I was aware of! I certainly need to work on letting my mind go. That's this week's challenge.
