i'm into restaurant business.......100% vegetarian.

My hobbies/interests are
fitness by way of yoga and work-outs. I love listening to music...dire straits, bryan adams, eric clapton,,,,kishore kumar,instrumental and soulful music,country music........ in fact fitness is my religion and music my soul. I also like to travel a lot.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
No pain.........No Gain. U have to slog it out .....don't wait for tomorrow, just do it ..now !!

My wellness goals are
Stay healthy,eat healthy. Not to be dependent on others........live life to the fullest....Live life today !! Tomorrow waits for no one. Rejoice now and be happy and make the world happy.
