My little sister is 14 years old, she said that she wanted to start doing yoga with me but she can't seem to keep up with all of the movements through out the videos. I was wondering if she was too young for it or if it was alright with being a little slow.

OK, that's good! It's natural for beginners to need to take lots of time to learn poses, and get acquainted with our bodies like we do with a developing yoga practice - and to build the strength and flexibility that comes with time. Above all, encourage your sister. It's amazing she is beginning her yoga practice at such a young age. If I could go back in time to my early teens (a time that can be a challenging time for many young girls) knowing what I know now - I'd do the same thing. A yoga practice then would have been even more powerful and will give her tools to carry off the mat and into her life. Please say Hi to your sis, and that we hope she enjoys the video practices. Take it slow and experiment with different beginner classes. Listen to her body and feel free to ask us if she has any questions. Namaste!
