      The nutrional information is really starting to hit home, this week i have given up coffee and cut down on what little processed foods i was having. I already feel like I have more energy and my asana practice is really reflecting this. Meditation wise I am noticing I have more concentration and my thought flow is less jittery - maybe even less anxious. Definitely need the caffiene break!!!
