It is a wonderful website. I am a physician so I am never able to make it to yoga classes so I love being able to do them at home!
I have been following the classes quite
regularly and it has helped my concentration and feeling of physical and
mental well-being.

MyYogaOnline.com may be the best website I have encountered in '08. Simple site, great service, and VERY good content.
This is the best thing ever, Im from mexico, from a city where there are no yoga casses, so this online clases are the best way fr me to practice yoga, so thank you very much for this.
