The majority of the things I own are colored blue, black, and purple. I love driving my scooter, getting lost, and finding my way back. If I am not at work, then I am on my scooter or at home. I think that sums me up well, haha!

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Every 3 months, I commit myself to doing a "30 Day Fitness Challenge". For 30 days, I promise to exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes. My personal challenge has always been to run 3 - 5kms (about 2 - 3 miles) everyday day. I post a calender on my kitchen cabinet so I have to walk passed it everyday and mark my progress on the calendar. If i miss I day, then I put a big RED 'X'. This is another way to keep myself focused. The whole point is that I exercise everyday and it works very well. Also, no drinking during the 30 days. I recommend it!

I have always been interested in yoga but only tried it once! I fell in love then, but time was not on my side. My hope is to use MyYogaOnline to help me keep up with yoga and reinvent myself inside and out ;)
