I'm a 21 year old female University student looking to get healthy, lose some weight and attain a sort of balance in my life between school, work, and home. I also model and would like to tone up so I can try my hand at swim suit and high fashion.

I'm a full time University student who also works part time and during summer works full time
My hobbies/interests are
I like to read, write, dance and relax. I don't get a lot of opportunities to read for pleasure nowadays but try to fit in a book or two a month that has nothing to do with my school work.
My wellness goals are
I want to increase my flexibility back to when I was 18, I have lost the ability in the last couple years due to laziness and inactivity. I also want to get more active and lose a little bit of weight to get to a healthy weight of 120-125lbs.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I see myself using yoga and pilates to increase my flexibility and strength, as well as possibly helping increase my stamina. I plan on creating an exercise program that fits my moderate lifestyle and increase the demand on my body regularly.
