My wellness goals are
At age 53 and soon to be 54, I would like to loose about 25 lbs and improve my Yoga skills. I would love to loose 2 dress sizes and get back into better shape.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I do Yoga 2 times a week and am setting my goal to do Yoga 4 times per week. I am also adding some weight training and basic exercise. Of course I am changing my diet to a low Glycemic index diet and trying to find out what my personal trigger foods are.

My old pictures of when I was younger, very lean, very healthy and very flexible.
