My Occupation is
I'm working in the languages business.
My hobbies/interests are
I love to read, write, go to the movies... just the ordinary stuff. And also trekking, which I don't do enough. I am a traveler, one could say, since I moved to 4 different countries (2 different continents) only in the past 5 years.
But I want to want so much more.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Slip as long as you can and whenever possible don't use any clock to wake you up. I discovered that even if it's not typical, my body really needs 9 hour sleep, if not I am tired.
Find a kind of activity you love, then it will not be as hard to stick to it. Never do anything you don't like.
My wellness goals are
I just want to take care of my health, feel more energized and fit (and slim down too). I want to, contrary to what happened before, have a routine of Pilates and maybe yoga, not to drop it after a couple of times.
I sure need a buddy to cheer me up and make sure I did my workout!
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I need to change - I cannot always find non-sense excuses to why I do not do any exercise and therefore take care of my body.
My inspirations are
In terms of health, I do not have particular inspirations. It's just that sometimes I see women my age who have this spark in their eyes, and are beautiful (not too slim either) and people can see them as beautiful. One day, I want to be one of those women.
A little more about me
Well, if anyone has or had the same problems concerning their workout (meaning dropping after just a couple of time), I'd love to know what they do or did to overcome it.
