I live on the Orkney Islands in Scotland, a place known for its Stone Age village and standing stone circle, the Ring of Brodgar. I'm a web designer for community organisations and social enterprises as well as running a not-for-profit, Hostel Hub.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is

To have more energy, to feel strong and fit. To help my poor knees recover and my joints strengthen.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I try to do yoga daily, usually the gentle variations like yin or restorative.

I'm just too stiff and out of shape to enjoy doing yoga sessions where I have to put my entire body weight on my hands. I love yin yoga because it's so gentle and enjoyable, but wish I could find more videos that were a bit livelier without having to resort to sun salutations. Where, oh where could they be?

I'm taking the Energy challenge because I feel so tired so often. With a young baby, that's no surprise, but I'd like to find ways to improve things how and when I can.

I love the quality of the videos so far, but I'm only seeing 3 available. When I click on the arrow left or right to view more videos, nothing happens. Are there meant to be more options, or are there only 3 yoga videos for de-stressing, Stage 1?
