I am a pharmacist
assistant in a wonderful independent pharmacy.

My hobbies/interests are
I love to learn and see new things. The world has so many wonders for us to see and enjoy.Some of them are as close as right outside our own backdoor.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I try to "breathe" through the everyday stresses life has to offer. Life is to short to spend it allowing stress and negativity to consume you. Happiness and being positive is a state of mind that anyone can have if they just let themselves..Anytime I need a reminder I watch the SECRET, I suggest everyone watch it at least once.

My wellness goals are
I want to my body/mind to be able to keep up with my spirit.

My inspirations are
I love Kurt Johnsen, he seems to always be so relaxed. I want to be like that.

A little more about me
I suffer from a chronic illness called interstitial cystitis. For others who suffer from an invisible illness, there is always HOPE!!!!!!
