          Goal is 9 more lbs and who knows maybe 6 more after that...? I'd be happy at 9lbs more. Lost 7 so far! Love the yoga and meditation on my opposite days. Helps me clear my mind of negativity especially after a breakup!

              Yoga at Providence Hospital Cancer Center. Yoga instructor, Yoko, made us cry by telling us her story of overcoming leukemia and how she would no longer allow depression but 10 mins per day while in the hospital in recovery. Her mantra was No more of this! I cried because I thought the same of my depression not of a sickness, of course, but of her mantra! I'm on my way to healthier positive thinking! Thank you Yoko for sharing!
