Being outside on my feet, a mat or a bike; in a canoe, skates, or running shoes! I also like keeping a home with tasks like cooking and gardening because I like to eat, play and relax with a book.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Saving my dark chocolate and red wine for a delicious and healing treat after the toughest of work days. It works! In moderation, of course.
