A little more about me
Over Christmas 2010, I was hospitalized and had to have an emergency gallbladder removal. My gallbladder was so sick, it was literally dying and I may have too if I hadn't had immediate medical attention. It was then that I realized how greatly the body is affected by how you treat it. I decided to make a lifestyle change.
