My hobbies/interests are
I love to travel and have been to many places around the world. This love has afforded my children the opportunity to live and experience different kinds of people and cultures. I am an avid horsewoman. I currently have three horses, one of which I have shown in Dressage. I also like to decorate cakes and knit scarves.

      I enjoyed the first day of the beginner yoga program.... but my body is so tense. Poses I found that were effortless three years ago are very difficult for me now. Here is to breathing and stretching my way to a better me!

      • :) I'm glad you enjoyed youre first day, I'm sending good luck and motivation your way. After reading your profile it seems like you have your hands full with Mommy duties, but its awesome that youre taking time for yourself to do Yoga. Go mommy go lol

      • Day One

        I just poked around the sight and tried the belly dance express.... I don't dance and am not limber (my hips don't pop like that woman's hips do!) but it looked neat and it was short. My goal? To be able to do that and actually look sexy, lol! I also tried the short open heart yoga. Really, I just wanted to familiarize myself with the layout of the site. Tomorrow I will begin the first day of the beginners yoga program set to arrive in my inbox each morning.

        About me: I have been horribly out of shape following some health issues the past two years. The pounds packed on and my fitness as well as my overall outlook on life declined. I have had the health concerns taken care of and have been given the "okay" to start doing more than just sitting and walking! I love yoga, as well as pilates and have taken both int he past but at this time it is very hard for me to commit the time to go to gym. I refuse to let that be the excuse to not get back into shape so here I am. Eventually I would like to start running again as well as riding my horses again (one of the hardest workouts you can have, believe it or not!)

        I would like to start yoga to stretch my tense body, get my muscles awakened again and relearn how to just breathe. When my body itself feels better I am able to do cardio and workouts easier.
