One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
At the moment really nothing helps. Stuff that DID help at other times was the happiness from dance, the lightness of spirit from breathing and meditation, lightness of body from healthy diet and regular exercise... I guess a combination of all these would be perfect, but I'm not sure where to start to get into the flow again.
My wellness goals are
Getting back to eating healthy (sugarfree, less dairy products), getting back to having joy in dance class and daily life, have joy and love overcome sadness
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
with a lot of movement and practice (yoga, dance). I hope the videos will help me to more motivation/determination.
