i have a history of complex medical issues that are difficult to deal with at times. i have had cancer (malignant melanoma), brain surgery (not related to the cancer but due to pseudotumor cerebri), and a total hysterectomy (full-blown menopause at 37!). i REALLY need to take steps to improve my health and well-being...hoping diet (vegan) and yoga will help with that.
