woke up, breathed deeply as many times as i could before i even really started keeping my eyes open. sat up with the palms of my feet together, breathed with my eyes closed for a few breaths. did random stuff. made hot water and my breakfast which i will be eating shortly --- here's the recipe --- [crushed walnuts pecans sunflower seeds, raw almond butter, banana smashed up, chopped dates, honey, agave, a raw chocolate bar with maca, hemp seeds, cinnamon, a shot of black cherry juice (yea this is bomb. all raw)]
.,.did some stretches, went for a run, came back, rinsed off, ate a clove of garlic... now i'm going to eat breakfast, feed my head with some written words to ponder, i'll do some yoga etc. and go on a bike ride! having a wellness journal sounds cool. hope someone someday finds this to be a decent model of what a regular girl does in the name of happiness, awesomeness and good tymes in the universe!!! :D (especially the recipe. eat it like cereal. yea!)
