I am an avid walker, jogger and weight lifter. I also love to ride my bike (spin class) and swim. I am really lacking in Yoga, Pilates and Meditation soI was excited to find this website!

My hobbies/interests are
reading, cooking, mixed media, jogging, cycling.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I tend to eat the same thing every day. It sounds boring, but it helps keep me on track. Also, I am trying to avoid gluten, dairy and soy so I have certain foods, like radishes and celery, that I munch on during the day to fill me up.

My wellness goals are
I need to calm down! LOL! I really need to add yoga and meditation to my existing workouts.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I am going to set my alarm one half hour earlier and try to meditate or do yoga first thing before I get my daughter off to school.

My inspirations are
My friend LIsa is a person I really admire. She is completely authentic and doesn't try to be someone she's not. She is also a Yoga instructor and an amazing chef!
